In this an informative workshop, facilitated by Dr. Eleanor T. Lawrence, OD Consultant, Executive Coach and President of Human Dynamics, LLC.   This will include a discussion on the competencies of Emotional Intelligence and how EI can drive organizational success.  By the end of the workshop participants will be able to apply the four emotional competencies to the practice of Human Resources.
