Speed Networking with NAAAHR Career Essentials Cohort
On your mark, get set, network with the SCE Speed Networkingouth Florida Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).

In today’s job market, networking is more important than ever. Join the South Florida Chapter of NAAAHR as we discuss strategies on how to network outside your comfort zone! We will begin the night with a speed networking session allowing you to interact with recruiters, other cross industry young professionals and entrepreneurs to make valuable business connections.

Following the Speed Networking Happy Hour, step into the B Side with Ingrid B. There will be live music featuring singers, piano players performing jazz, blues, reggae and, of course, soul.

Everyone registered for the NAAAHR’s speed networking gains free entry to the Soulcial South Florida premier Poetry event.

NAAAHR South Florida Career Essentials Program (CE) aim to prepare young professionals for challenging careers in business.

To cultivate future leaders and guide young professionals in South Florida on a steady path towards enriched career development. The CE Program provides an open, cooperative and dynamic environment where professional development, personal growth and leadership potential can thrive.  This program is for young professionals
 age 18-35 that resides in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties, interested in gaining Career Essentials tools to assist in personal and professional growth?

Prepare young professional for challenging careers in business. All participants commit to a twelve (12) month mentoring and leadership development program that will include but not limited to:

  • Career Essential Assessments
  • Leadership Development
  • Career Placement Support
  • Personal Branding/Portfolio Development

Our chapter is committed to Career Essentials because we know it will make a difference and support new beginnings for human resources  and business professionals while promoting economic growth in the South Florida community.
